DPC – a web site dedicated to researchers and professisonals in the development of complex projetcts
We thank the organizations participating to our research and whose projects are located in different countries to ensure that a wide variety of institutional, cultural and political contexts are represented.
The selection of the projects for our research is made based on the following criteria:
- Airport and land transportation infrastructure projects are targeted as these investments show continuing growth and always more crucial issues : they often result in complex projects from a managerial, technological, environmental and social standpoint.
- Projects taking place in a context with multiple stakeholders having diverse and sometimes contradictory expectations.
- Projects being at preparation stage or at an early execution stage.
- For each project, organizations are asked an effort of about 30 to 40 hours in two sets of data collections with an interval of at least one year for :
– Semi-structured one hour meetings with 12 to 15 project resources;
– On-site project observations;
– Consultation of planification and monitoring documentation ;
